Much like Christmas elves, we have been busy working away preparing our cheeses especially for this festive season. Most are now made, including three special limited edition seasonal cheeses, and these are all being diligently matured, packed and distributed to your local farm shops and restaurants and sent directly to customers via our 24 hour courier service.
At this time of year, our dairy feels especially magical — the aromas, the bustle and the excitement of knowing our cheeses will soon be enjoyed in homes near and far. It’s an honour for us to play a small part in your Christmas celebrations. From our whole team, we wish you a warm, joyful Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year.
Our Christmas Cheeses
Our Cheese Room has been filled with excitement recently — and for good reason. Not only are our cheeses tasting just as we hope, but our limited-edition festive releases are now maturing alongside our core range. Discover the indulgent Sussex Marble with Cranberry, the miniature wheels of Brighton Belle, and the exceptional sheep milk blue cheese, Brighton Ewe — each crafted in small batches exclusively for Christmas.
And the celebrations don’t stop there. We’ve been delighted that such a wide range of our cheeses have been acknowledged with awards this years. Duddleswell and Sister Sarah both won GOLD’s at the Virtual Cheese Awards, Brighton Blue won a GOLD and Sussex Floral won SILVER at the Artisan Awards and Seven Sisters won GOLD at the British & Irish Cheese Awards, among others!

Christmas Cheese Festival
We’d love to welcome you to our annual Christmas Cheese Festival, taking place on 19th and 20th December from 10am–2pm. It’s the perfect chance to immerse yourself in the world of Sussex cheese!
Meet the makers behind your favourite cheeses, sample more than 15 varieties all made at the dairy, enjoy a complimentary warm drink, and even step inside our magical Maturing Room. It’s a wonderful opportunity to stock up on cheese for your Christmas table — and to pick up delicious gifts for friends and family. Entry is free, there’s plenty of parking, and there’s no need to book, however, to avoid the busiest moments we recommend arriving at 10am or 1:30pm.

Come and sample our cheeses at these special Tasting events where Craig, Adam or Steve will talk you through a selection of our cheeses and answer any questions you have.
Opening Days and hours
Our Dairy Shop is open every weekday from 9am to 5pm, with our festive Pop-Up Shop being open from Monday 14th December with tasters of our cheeses out for you to sample. We will be closed from midday on Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 4th January.
