RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is very important to us that our cheese finds its way to you safely. By ordering from us, you are providing details that are accurate, true and complete. Please ensure your payment card details are correct. It is your responsibility to check that all information that you supply is correct. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or damaged as a result of failure to provide accurate information. For all orders placed via telephone or the website we require an up to date phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require full payment before sending out your order. We use the Stripe Payment gateway.
SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our products are perishable and as such we are not be able to accept order cancellations after products have been dispatched. We are happy to ship orders to any destination in the UK.
All orders for Mainland UK are dispatched Monday – Thursday. We use a next day delivery service to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition.

Our Website will automatically add this cost to your order. For post codes other than those listed please call us on 01825 791636 to confirm the Delivery Cost, it may be more.
Deliveries are between 8 am and 6 pm. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is the day requested. However, due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to deliver the following day. For essential orders, please allow 2 working days for delivery.
You must inspect the goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered damaged (or not delivered) you must contact us by e-mail ; office@highwealddairy.co.uk within three days of delivery. If you tell us about loss or damage after that, you must supply proof that the goods were lost or damaged, before delivery. You must give us (and the carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

You will have to sign for the parcel because our products are perishable. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
