Pop in to High Weald Dairy and you are likely to bump in to me or my husband Mark as it’s very much a hands-on family business. POPULAR QUESTIONS

Yes we are and have a small Shop which is open from 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. However the dairy is closed for general access, but you can book a tour.

We post all orders via a 24-hour Courier service and the prices for this service depends on your Zone in the Country.
For Zone 1* : Delivery £9.95, free over £60.
For Zone 2* : Delivery £14.95, free over £100.
For Zone 3* : Delivery £19.95, free over £100.
When ordering please state a safe place to leave your order, should you not be at home on the delivery day. Please see our Terms & Conditions for zone* definitions. Alternatively you can buy our cheese in local shops, click and collect direct from the dairy or pop in to buy from our small Shop (9-5 weekdays).

Yes, this in an option during checkout. After purchasing, confirmation will be sent to you via email and your order will be ready to collect the next working day after 11am. Please use the box on the checkout page to tell us of any more requirements.

Alternatively, we are open every weekday and have a small Shop where you can purchase our cheese. If you wish to purchase quarters or half wheels of cheese then we recommend you ‘Click and Collect’ to give our team time to cut the cheese for you.

As cheese needs to be chilled we unfortunately do not post internationally . We only deliver within the UK.

The box you receive your cheese in will be insulated and will include an ice pack. The box and contents are designed to deliver perishable goods in perfect condition.

On arrival, please store your cheese in the refrigerator.
When ready to consume, remove all packaging, place your cheese onto a wooden cheese board and allow the cheese to reach room temperature 1 hour before enjoying.
Wrap any unfinished wedges in food wrap / grease proof paper, place in a sealed tupperware container ( to prevent the cheese drying out) and store for up to 7 days in the top of the fridge.
