Sussex Marble Cranberry is a delicious semi-soft matured organic cheese with the addition of fruity cranberries to add to the festive feel. The cheese has a smooth texture and a mellow, butter flavour, while the Cranberries add bright, tangy notes which perfectly complement the continental style cheese.

CHEESE FACT
The cheese is made using the washed curd process, in which the whey is replaced with water, thus slowing down the lactic acid production producing a smoother, sweeter and milder cheese.
