Sussex Marble Cranberry is a delicious semi-soft matured cheese with the addition of fruity cranberries to add to the festive feel. The cheese has a smooth, buttery texture and the Cranberries add bright, tangy notes which complement the continental style cheese.
The cheese has a very buttery texture, made from our Saint Giles, and the Cranberries add a bright, slightly tart flavour which compliments the continental style cheese.

Our ‘Marble’ cheeses were introduced after having too many offcuts spare when cutting wheels of St Giles. Now it is so popular, we dice up whole wheels of Saint Giles!
