A fresh soft cheese made with 100% organic sheep milk, Sussex Slipcote has a light, creamy texture, that melts in the mouth and has a slightly sharp, lemon-y, refreshing flavour. Our buttons are 100 grams in size and Slipcote’s are often enjoyed on crusty bread or crumbled over pasta dishes.
It is also available plain or flavoured with Dill.
