Sussex Blossom is made using organic sheep milk, matured for a minimum of 4 months and then coated in edible organic Marigold and Safflower petals to make a visually stunning cheese.
The cheese has a firm, smooth texture and a delicate, complex and slightly sweet herbaceous aroma and flavour, reminiscent of Summer hay meadow.
Cheese Facts
The attractive yellow hue on the outside of the cheese is the result of the Safflower petal dye blending with the paste of the white sheep’s cheese.
