Live Music, from 11.30 to 5 pm, featuring among others:

Newick Folk; traditional and not so traditional folk tunes
Heavenly Blues; Sussex Jazz Duo, playing jazz standards from the American song book and soul and Beatles classics
Kitsch ‘n Sync; An eclectic mix of our own material with some quirky covers.
Jazz’n’Dave; the professors of jazzology
Open mike sessions; (Call us if you would like a session?)

Grape and Grain
from Haywards Heath will be presenting a wide range of locally made
Beers and Ciders and wines that pair with Cheese.
Soft Drinks also available from Black Pig Orchards.
Tombola; Tea, Coffee and Cakes; kindly run by the Friends of Horsted Keynes church
Latchetts Farm Gelato Ice Cream from; made from the milk from the cows on the farm
Top Paddock Dairy; Sheep milk milk-shakes and lovely Lattes

The Food, ( available from 12.00pm)
A choice of Cheesy food;
Toasted Cheese Sandwiches, with a choice of your favorite cheese and accompaniments.
High Weald Halloumi Burgers
High Weald Dairy Cheese Platters,

Other activities

Cheese Tasting; an opportunity to taste a selection of the Dairy’s cheeses.
Dairy Tours; a 30 minute tour of the cheese making and cheese maturation cellar, bookable on the day. Charge of £5.00 / Adult.
How is Cheese Made?  Feel the curds and whey. A hands-on demonstration of the cheese making process.
Soft Cheese making;  great for little kids and big kids as well Create different flavored soft cheese, Name your cheeses, design a Cheese label and Prizes for the best label design.

Hard Cheese making; Fill a cheese mould with Cheese curds to create a small wheel of cheese..

Hunt the Mouse competition hidden all over the Festival site.

Cheesy pictures to colour in.

Woodland activities

Guess the Weight of a Cheese Tower.
Guess how much milk was needed to make it.

FARM Visits:
Young Calves to see. See the cows being milked from 3.30 pm.
