When will my cheese arrive?
Your first Cheese Subscription box will arrive a few days after you have placed your initial order.
Your second box of cheese will arrive within the second week of the following month.
The recipient will receive an email on dispatch with a tracking number.
How do you take the payment?
Full price of your subscription length will be taken upfront
1 month :£27.00, 3 months £81.00, 4 months:£108.00, 6 months: £162,
12 months:£324.00
Free Delivery is included. Please check the Click & Collect / Free Delivery at the Checkout to receive Free Delivery.
What if there is no-one in to receive the delivery?
Should there be no one in to receive the delivery, the Courier may well return the Parcel to the Depo for redelivery the following day. Sometime the courier will leave it in a safe place.
Are delivery days/times guaranteed?
You will receive an email on Dispatch of your parcel.
Delivery will be between 9 am and 5 pm on that day.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We only deliver within the UK.
Can I buy the same cheese box but not a subscription?
The same cheese boxes will be available each month as a one-time purchase at the cost of £27.00. Just select the ‘one month’ option to receive a single box.
How do you keep the cheese cold in transit?
The box you receive your cheese in will be insulated and will include an ice pack. The box and contents are designed to deliver perishable goods in perfect condition.
How should I store my cheese?
On arrival, please store your cheese in the refrigerator.
When ready to consume, remove all packaging, place your cheese onto a wooden cheese board and allow the cheese to reach room temperature 1 hour before enjoying.
Wrap any unfinished wedges in food wrap / grease proof paper, place in a sealed tupperware container ( to prevent the cheese drying out) and store for up to 7 days in the top of the fridge.
How can I cancel my subscription or skip a month?
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled, or months skipped.
However, should you be on holiday / away during the second week of the month, ( the delivery week) please contact the office (01825 791636) or email; office@highwealddairy.co.uk to reschedule your delivery. We will do our best to help.
