Information about our Award Winning British Cheeses

We make cheeses from cow, sheep and goat milk, a range of award winning, some organic cheese, on our farm in Sussex.

We are a family run cheese dairy, based on our farm in West Sussex.

Our cheese makers craft a delicious range of award winning cheeses from organic and non-organic cows milk, organic sheep milk and most recently goat milk.
The conventional and the Organic cow milk comes from local farms. The sheep milk is supplied by several sheep milking units, the largest milking over 700 ewes twice every day, and our goat milk comes from Kent.


The cheese is all made in our modern dairy on the farm, which used to be the farms grain store. We only use pasteurised milk to make our cheese.


Our cheese is suitable for vegetarians as we only use vegetable rennet. We do not use artificial ingredients or processes. We are also certified by the Soil Association and are members of the Specialist cheese association and are SALSA ACCREDITED and Audited..
Our cheeses are available to buy online, at local delicatessens, farm shops and independent food outlets.
